Yoder Construction LLC is a licensed and insured contractor that has been doing residential construction in northeastern Indiana for over 10 years. Focusing mainly on Home Remodels and Additions as well as New Home Construction. For any remodel our goal is to help our customers see the possibilities within their existing homes and provide a finished product that is what they were dreaming of all along. When doing a room addition of any kind our highest point of emphasis is to create the additional space needed while at the same time making the addition look like it has always belonged on the home. We build both spec homes and Custom Built homes, we take pride in our upfront pricing approach and don't have any hidden fees or costs. We treat all of our customers as we wish to be treated by any business we use. Building a new home is typically a once in a lifetime event and we want it to be an enjoyable experience. We often have spec homes available as well as building lots available in the Angola area.
