Jackie Henderson has always drawn satisfaction from making people feel welcome. Her daily goal is to make them feel like a friend by feeding them like family. The way she does that is by filling their tummies with scrumptious sandwiches and delightful desserts made in her very own kitchen. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Jackie created her brilliant strategy toward food when she started her Hoosier Mama catering business in 2011. Since its inception, she has prepared everything from down home picnic fare to delicious upscale meals and her delectable wedding cakes and melt in your mouth cheesecakes are definitely something to write home about. But the ability to create delicious satisfying food has been in her blood for many years. At the age of 10, she was cooking meals for her parents & siblings. “It was either weeding the garden or making dinner…I chose dinner!”
