Buildings) PHOTO ID AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED FOR DROP OFF Proof of residency can be the address on a driver's license or a utility bill (water, electric, gas, Mediacom, etc.) The following items will be accepted: . Thermometers (with silver-colored liquid inside) . Fluorescent light bulbs . Clothes irons (automatic or tilt shut-offs) . Televisions (not TV's in the wooden boxes) . Elemental mercury (silver-colored liquid, sometimes found in children's chemistry sets) Switches (found in electric space heaters, sump pumps and/or chest freezers) . Thermostats (non-electric) .
