The 80k (to start) compensation package with advancement to 90k package for rotating shift electrician includes base pay, weekly production bonus. In addition, all employees participate in profit sharing, an aggressive 401k matching program and stock options. These are rotating shift positions with a four day on four day off 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. work schedule. SDI These positions are responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex production machinery and equip- ment. This includes diagnosis, troubleshooting, breakdown repair, preventative and predictive measures.
