THE MISSION - of the Noble County Council on Aging and Noble Transit System is to provide services and resources to the Citizens of Noble County and to provide safe, responsive and efficient transportation to the general public to improve the quality of life.
We are committed to assisting individuals to remain independent in the home of their choice with dignity, preventing premature institutionalization by developing and administering Senior programs. The NCCOA acknowledges and observes the rights of all individuals and is actively serving older adults, persons with disabilities and low income individuals without discrimination to race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, national origin or ethnic group.
