Northeastern Center (NEC) helps individuals achieve emotional and mental wholeness through accessible, affordable and quality behavioral health services.
Northeastern Center is accredited by CARF, The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that establishes standards of quality for organizations to use as guidelines in developing and offering services to consumers.
NEC's 11 Board of Directors consists of three members each from the surrounding communities as well as 1 at-large member. These Directors take apersonal interest in mental health and related issues and are accountable for NEC's activities, goals, and values
