Chad L. Rayle was born in Auburn, Indiana. He received a BSBA degree from Indiana Tech in 2006, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Rayle received a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011, graduating Cum Laude. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Indiana in May 2011. Mr. Rayle began advocating for Medicaid applicants and recipients in 2008, when he was a law student and a clerk for a local law firm.
